Total Image Guarantee:
We guarantee your complete satisfaction in all departments, if not, we will do our best to help and educate every client, whether it is products suggested by our staff, or services performed, with an exchange or salon credit for such services. There is a two week guarantee on product and services. Comfort, education, and perfection are the goals of Richard Kroll Total Image Salon and Day Spa.
Policies:
As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If sufficient notice is not given, a cancellation fee will be applied to your account or deducted from the value of your gift card. A $40.00 non-refundable deposit is required for any visit that includes 3 or more services. We understand that there may be times that you are running late for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be modified or you may be asked to reschedule your appointment in order for us to stay on schedule.
Prices, services, and business hours are subject to change without notice. We accept all credit cards. A $30.00 fee will be applied to returned checks. All hair extension sales are final.
