Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to develop your own clientele through social media and customer referrals
- Keep your station clean and sanitary
- Assist in upselling salon products and services
- Assist with laundry and linens as needed
- Take Walk in Clients when not booked
- Provide thorough Consultations to all
- Attend Bi-weekly Staff meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a hairstylist, 2+ preferable
- Ability to work as a team player in all aspects
- Excellent verbal communication skills with customers
- Reliable transportation to meet scheduling requirements
- Willing to learn new techniques and theories
