Turnaround time
 10-12 business days after receipt of product to store the item will be shipped back

Mail-In Wig Service Policy

• All wigs must be clean of excessive product buildup before shipping (if heavily soiled, additional fees may apply)

• Human hair wigs are required for chemical/color services unless otherwise approved

• Severely matted or damaged wigs may require additional service fees

• Turnaround time begins once the wig is received

• Return shipping is included

• We are not responsible for items lost during shipping to our salon
